Thread: Melbourne Go Karting Gran Prix

  1. #81

    GoKarts are all about momentum!
It's not about who's the lightest.
When use to go a far bit (like twice a month) I was 90-95kg's & could hammer just about anyone.
Driving skills are also very important.
The only thing I hated was when you'd get back into your car afterwards & it feeled like trying to drive a boat!

Yep. And you hold your foot flat for the first 2 kms. Cops would have a field day if they setup within 2 kms of any Karting centre!. So, do you blokes get sore around the lower back area in the karts there?? One guy here last week had bruising all round after last friday nights session. That was 2 lots of 30 laps though.

Hi golf 3. Not sure how long this bbq will last. gtigrl and partner will be there as well so we will see what pans out. Might go somewhere and have a coffee or something between the bbq and the gokarts. To contact me my no. is 0407 439 ***. We haven't got a krispy kremes down here but everyone seems to rave about them. Is there one out that way. That way we can all socialise. The bbq will be busy I think and I won't know many people there. I am shocking with names too!!!

You know now worm if you don't whoop ass, you'll be in a spot of bother ha ha. Then again they do say the experience of being a motorbike rider does make you a better driver.
