Hey guys and gtigrl...
The new year is coming, and it would be good to start planning a few events for 2007...
The following ideas can be expanded upon, views expressed, and new ideas raised!!! If we keep this thread mostly on topic about ideas and discussion, and create new threads for upcoming events, things should run smoothly without confusion...
IDEAS:
Dyno Day - Power Runs (Should be able to organise $50pp incl. a printed result and graph)
Track Day - Phillip Island Circuit Familiarisation - Bring a Road Worthy Car, Extinguisher, Blue Triangle, Non-Elastic Bonnet Strap, Cash, and a GOOD ATTITUDE!!!
Go-Karting - Self explanatory
Drive day - Go for a mountain drive and bbq
Trip to Tassie - Driving, sightseeing, and meeting Tas members (Everyone needs a holiday)
Golf Day - We all drive golfs, so why not drive a golf ball
Pool Night - The cue is a phallic object after all
Project car - Anyone got a mk1 2 door chassis (I have a spare 2.0L 8v motor!!! Lets make a track car - Work out the politics later!)

There are few things more satisfying in life than finding a solution to a problem and implementing it
