Lakeside Breakfast + Laps - Sunday June 19 2016

Here is one of my quicker laps yesterday from the Lakeside Street Sprints. Whilst my quickest lap was a 64.4sec, Ben in his white MK6 Golf R got his first sub 60 sec lap.

I'm running 235/40/18 Federal 595RSR on the track.

Have you always used them? They seem to stick and you can't hear the squeal either on your video

Yeah been running this set since 2014 and they have done 3 track days and about 6 happy laps so far. They are pretty good for the money and they don't squeal at all. The are also road legal but they have a semi slick patten.

I love an awesome product for a great value. Sounds like the better track version to a r003

very good job!

took me a few track day attempts in the golf 6 R to achieve 64s..

but having learnt a few things from fellow fast Vdubbers and memorising Ben's lines, I just copied and tried the lines myself and resulted in below:

Looking forward to try the lines in the Golf R
