Any chance I could come down in my S3 and watch?
Not looking to take it on the track (never have before, and i personally think it's not quite ready yet) but pretty keen to see how one of these events works/ see some laps

pretty much what I'm asking is will there be a place just to chill and watch and see how the whole thing goes down.

Spectators are more than welcome.
Anywhere outside or insside the track area where we form the group is fine.

Having said that, any car is ready to take part as it is not timed and it is a really good benchmarking tool for seeing how your modifications have made any difference.
We have a variety of heavily modified to stock Mk3 2.0 non turbo's attending.

i was invited to my first track day by ICUdr but have spent the last 3 days inhospital with three torn lumbar disc annuli. As a result I can't sit for any length of time.
I am all paid up for the day and am happy to give someone a freebie because of such short notice. Nevertheless, will be very keen when recovered and hopefully have new HPFP upgrade installed.

Cheers for the feedback. Looks like i missed out on places for this one anyway still coming down for a drive around. Will only just have my car back anyway so will be good to get it out and about

having a few issues with the car at the moment, keeps stuttering on boost (injectors I think, or plugs/coilpack) and i'm pretty sure the brake pads wouldn't survive the weekend. Thanks so much for making me feel welcome. I'll still come down and check it out. See you guys there.

No worries, spectators are always welcome.

You could ask some of our members if they would be okay with you riding shotgun if you like.
Otherwise trackside photography is another option.
