on another note, when you are re-joining the track mid session please be very careful and aware of the cars on the live track. when you do, stay away from the racing line for safety.
you don't merge onto a 110km/h highway doing 50km/h and the same principle applies at Happy Laps (unfortunately i have seen some drivers doing this on public roads, at one time a van negligently merged doing under 60km/h while a double B truck was coming from its behind at 100km/h on the Gateway! the truck driver had to swerve and change lane quickly. it was in the evening with minimal traffic and i could not see any reason why the driver wouldn't speed up reasonably for a safe & seamless merging)
