Golf R and GTD (+ Others) Drive Event @ Ian Boettchers Ipswich

Hi All,

This thread is replacing the Austral thread as we haven't had a response for the Golf R Release. Ian Boettchers are more than happy to put on a BBQ and test drive evening or Saturday for us, they have a demo Golf R and GTD (I drove them both today

).

I actually have known the Sales Manager their for around 2 years, very nice, not at all pushy and is generally in the know about new models coming. He already hosts similar events for other people.

Firstly I need to know if people prefer an evening or a Saturday, Then I will line up a couple of dates for us.

I am all over this like a rash on a lady of the night.
I would prefer a saturday but if all else fails i can take a day off.

can i change my vote and go a saturday instead

but any day is fine esp a wed since we are so close to willowbank we may as well take it for a real test

I'd go any day, but it's dangerous as I am in the possie to upgrade my MKV....but I'm trying to resist!

I am keen, Saturday doesn't really work for me and there are only some weekdays where I am free due to work, but I would be very willing to head out and test drive some cars with other VW enthusiasts
