looking to change over my bluetooth ( basic) to a 9w7 module.
Can anyone tell me where to start looking or any on line manual diagrams

If it's an original factory fitted bluetooth then it'll be under the drivers seat. If it was a dealer fitted "cheapie" that the dealer charged the same amount for then it'll be stuffed in your dash between the climate controls and radio head unit. I had one of these and replaced with 9w7 to get the premium bluetooth functionality (just fitted on the weekend).
Certainly a worthwhile upgrade. I also upgrade my RCD310 head unit to a RCD510 recently (though most people are upgrading to the RNS510 sat nav these days).
Suggest looking in the VW Car Audio and Electronics section of this forum as there's a heap of useful info there about both upgrades.

Not sure any of the early CCs had factory-fitted Bluetooth.
It was either dealer-fitted 'standard' or 'premium'.
