I can't remember the last time I carried 3 people in the back of a car.

Got a mini presentation of one of these yesterday -- Generally not a fan of big cars, but this won me over. The back seats are pimp!

Ages 7 9 and 13, so little ones just on boosters, not kiddie seats. Why?

Only because you probably couldn't fit 3 full size kiddie seats across the back of a Passat. My mates got a Kluger and the 3 seats are jammed in really tight.

OK... yes it's a squeeze with 2 seats and the big one in the middle of the back row of the 6, but they manage ok. It's not that often that the three of them are all in the back... The Passat seems similar interior size to the 6.

Had a look at the CC this week while I was at the dealer and wow! that is one gorgeous looking car. if I didnt need a wagon, I would take that over the R36!

Thumbs up My Passat CC 3.6L received today!

Supposedly the first received by a customer in the country (who really knows). It's a been a long wait, having seen them in Europe for 6 months or more. Extras - Sat Nav, Adaptive Cruise Control (haven't tried yet), and Park Assist (which looked really good when people were staring at the car reverse parking itself today - much better than I could do . After 1 hour - drives smoothly, heaps of features, and a surprisingly large amount of boot space. Driving to Coffs next week and will drop in on my Bro who got a R36 sedan last month - will be an interesting comparison. Anyone else buying this car - my advice, try Chatswood Classic (Tim Killar) and you'll get prompt service and a great price with fleet discount if eligible (I tried Pmatta, Five Dock aswell).

Some pretty badly taken pics by me - and I'm getting my personalised plates next week (no points for imagination - CC 36 CC)!

Congrats on the car mate, very nice!! Is that two tone black/beige leather seats, or is it just cloth on the insides (against the centre console) to stop rubbing. either way mate, looks awesome.
