Passat CC

This could cause some dramas and open a can of worms but let's see.

I'm just in the midst of ordering a Passat CC for a customer. I'm working on a premium of $5000 more than the R36 and using todays stamp duty calculations. I'll be updating the details of the order when pricing is confirmed but I think I'm pretty close with my approximations. I'm estimating the arrival to be in the first quarter of 2009...around Feb/Mar.

I can't say if your local dealer will be happy to do the same but it could be worth asking. If Volkswagen Australia start seeing some CC orders popping up then it could encourage them to get a hurry along with pricing and launch dates.

Is this for the equivalent engined version ? (3.6 4Motion)

My understanding is that the CC will feature the 3.6 V6 but I can't say much about the drivetrain...dsg for certain and I strongly suspect/expect 4 motion
