    Diesel exhaust in the cabin

    Hi guys,

For the last 3 days I have been smelling diesel exhaust in the cabin. I uses to think it is coming from the outside, bit it doesn't seem like it.
Anyone else had this problem before?
Today the smell was so strong and annoying.

Sounds like a door/boot/tailgate/hatch sealing rubber not working properly if it is from the exhaust.

You can check for this with a sheet of paper which you close between the door and the frame and then when closed, you try and pull it out.

The other thing is a leaking exhaust pipe.

Of course, it could be diesel on your hands or something you have wiped them on after refuelling. The smell lingers, and it is more like tasting it, because I lost my sense of smell.

I will check the door seals today. I am sure it is not a diesel smell, the last I refueled was 2 weeks ago.
I have read that there could be a leak in the turbo gasket.

If it is, you should see a trace of soot on the surrounds as the exhaust blows by.
