Baffled

Hi and greetings to all.
I am a little baffled with something on my 2013 CC.
There is a switch on the RH door pillar that says "Off"
it has a vehicle like air recycle symbol on it.
I really do not know what this controls.
Is it for the rear passengers for their AirCon recycle???
