Steering Noise MY11 VR6 4 MOTION

Hi
i have a noise coming from my steering rack i think.i only hear it at crawling pace or turning left right at rest.bit like a tinkling,rustling sound.no clunk or thunk and no lights on the dash and does not seem to be affecting the drive at all.any suggestions? car has done 66K.any suggestions on who to take it to in brisbane? not P & P had bad experience with them.
prefer northside but will travel.

Is it coming all the way down at the rack or is it coming from the steering column somewhere?
Reason I ask is my clockspring was slightly noisy. I took the opportunity to replace it when I was putting in my new steering wheel, but as yours is integrated with the stalks and steering wheel control module it may just need some lubrication.

yeah i will try and isolate it more over this week.you could be right it does kind of sound that way.
