    Win a go pro with Tarmac!!

    Ok guys there is a new tune on the market that is worth a look at and is an Australian company that is developing fast and is showing a lot of potential. Go to their Facebook page and check them out and at the same time like their page for a chance to win a go pro!!

    Just so you know I have one of these and made 194kw at all 4 and only have a dump pipe and intake on my R

    Yeah the new Spectune is a great product, really nice to have a better option available

    So what's the gains to be had for a bog standard GTi currently at 155kw ?
    The web site is vague and their dyno graphs look fudged;

    The graph key says factory is dotted black line, and Tarmac is dotted blue line. Just solid black and solid green lines. Suggest the graph and key were not produced at the same time

    The graphs are stylised because real data isnt pretty enough for the average consumer

    "Real data?" - be nice to see what the real data actually looked like. Always thought that style should at least match function - in this case why not 'stylise' the key to the graph so the colours at least match.

    On a serious note though - what are typical values after the modification? I think APR claim 189kW on a stage 1 mod...
