    Get in touch with John from DNA Tuning in Melbourne. Apart from tuning both my VW's, my brother had his 2012 Skoda Octavia 103TDI tuned by them. It was a little rocketship afterwards. Went from 103kw up to approx 130kw and torque from 320nm to over 400nm.

    Matti had his 125TDI tuned as well, required a bench flash. but apparently now he is massive torque available, not that he didn't have any before haha

    I had mine done, Revo tune, same as Matt, but he has also done exhaust.
    125kw->150kw and 350nm->430nm.
    Highly recommended. Its all about the torque with diesels and this just opens up the gates that much more in the mid range.

    I have the DTUK tuning box fitted, Goes from 125KW to 165KW and 350NM to 470NM very impressed. Dyno graph on DTUK's site to prove. Uses less fuel most of the time

    I'm having a little trouble getting the honest truth about a torque limit through the dq250 dsg. Can anyone confirm if you need a dsg flash to be able to use the extra nm?

    No need to dsg reflash for stage 1 tunes.

    The torque manager is there & it depends on your application. On the dyno we can see (depending on modifications) 30 - 50 nm @ hubs on a GTD (stage 1) when the DSG software has raised the torque threshold.

    There are torque limiters in there yes and you'll hit them so yes its true if your pushing things
