I've not seen any good US-made coilovers, though!!! My KWs cost about $2600 all up, but the ride quality is ridiculously good and they're worth every cent. H&R are very good too, but about the same price Not tried FKs, but apparently the Konigsport ones drive really well. You can get them in Aus from www.europeanautotech.com.au... at least, you used to be able to; they're not on the site anymore...
