Ive been to both European Autotech and Exoticars... Suffice to say i wouldnt recommend european autotech to anyone. I know 4 people now who have had bad experiences there with a lack of care for their vehicles and would not go back.

Was night and day when i went to exoticars... Its true.. Arthur is very good

Long story, short version is that the after service support has been ****, once the dollars were in the bag the care factor was zero.

I'm sure there are plenty of people that have been treated fairly by ea as well as some that feel hard done by. It's part of business. I know I have loyal regular customers and then I've come across a handful in the 15+ years that I've been in business that flat out tell me to my face that my product is too expensive, im a terrible operator, my product or rubbish, they can get the same elsewhere for half the price, etc.
There isn't much u can do to help those people, they have their minds made up, it's their experience, everyone reacts differently.
I've been more than satisfied with ea and their work. I've had cars serviced over the years from many workshops. Some have been better than others, but none where I can really label as a rort

Sorry, but no way would I use Paul at Pulse Racing again. Service and product was not very good AT ALL!
