Have you already upgraded your shocks to suit race style springs? Otherwise you car will be under damped and will not handle well.
You need to upgrade and match your shocks and springs at the same time.
Hi I was wondering if any of you guys could recommend some springs to suit a mk1 golf. I am looking for some springs that would be stiff and that will suit the car for the race track. Any recommendations appreciated

Hi Luke, I don't know if you are coming up to my block this morning with your dad but you could check out Gunters springs there. They are micros, 440 lbs front and 270s on the rear. Welcome to the forum too, good to see you in a Golf at lst and on here as well. I hope you enjoy your time with us. Most of us a very friendly without egos! Cheers, Andrew
