URGENT HELP - new brakes issue

went to pick up my car from Swiss Auto this arvo from its service and getting my new brakes fitted and theres a problem...

the front right (drivers side) brake makes a loud knocking noise when the brakes are applied with medium to strong pressure. we took it for many runs and it did it every time. the mechanics checked the car when it was on the hoist, pulled the who front assembly apart and put it back together again and it still made the noise. had everyone in the workshop stumped.

i left the car with them overnight because it has to be fixed

im running DBA Slotted rotors and Hawke Ceramic Pads.

the thing that the mechanic could think of was it could be that all 4 front pads had the brake wear sensors and the mechanic chopped one of them off because on each side theres only one connection.

i would appreciate everyones help and input

    thanks

UPDATE!! its all sorted and i have my car back!!!

the mechanics were totally baffled by the issue. they had never come across anything like it before and it baffled me too because everyone who has installed new Hawke pads and DBAs have never mentioned this issue.

it seems like they just needed to be bedded in. they kept driving it after i left yesterday and it went away. this morning they put it on the hoist and checked it out again and took it for another drive whilst it they were cold, no judder! even when they warmed them up good it didnt do it. they let them cool for a few more hours before taking it out again this arvo and it didnt do it then either.

i took the car out for a good drive and really put them through their paces and theyre now 100% faultless!

im very happy with the brakes now. the brake feel is more linear and progressive and there is much better feel. that intail amount of slop in the peddle seems to be eliminated. initially theyre not as grabby but they are still very powerful. couldnt really try and heat them up too much today as its absolutely pissing down.

im just stoked my car is fixed
