I think the different weight of vehicles could make this an unfair challenge. You really need the same model vehicle to keep things even. Just my 2 cents.

If you thinks its unfair then lets look at some MPHs by cars :

    MasterKevin : FWD mk6 gti : 109.7mph
    DeanCorp : Pirelli : 110.62mph
    Wooduck ; Golf R : 109.4 mph
    WhiteVR6 : Golf R 109.2 mph

Close enough I think ? Would make for a good challenge , but , like always tuners are reluctant to actually go racing
Tuners wars on forums has been going on for around 10 years , tuners have challenged each other but nothing has ever become of it , and looks like nothing will ever change . power claims of the tuner > real world results .

Why ? Cause one person is too lazy to remove the interior ?
What about the guys running race seats vs full leather ?

Fuel should be race fuel as well since its consistant , too many times have I seen people go to a big name servo and get dodgey fuel .

    Street trim it should be.
    No stripped out interiors.
No race fuel if there is no wmi allowed .

So the guys with race seats get instant advantage ?

If you dont run race fuel are you prepared to remove fuel from everyones tank and get it tested to make sure its 98 ?
And so its fair will you hire a fuel truck to come to the track and fill everyones tank up to make it consistant ?
I said no water meth cause no-one AFAIK has succesfully fitted it to a TFSI engine in Aus . So why push an advantage that no-one has fitted yet ?

One of the cars posted above is running water meth.
Would be a fun event but again would prove nothing.

You could get an inflated trap speed on a fwd car by having massive wheelspin.
You can get a better time/trap speed on an awd car by stripping more weight.

Neither of the above things would reflect on the tuners.
