I just read that wavetrac writeup, looks pretty interesting!

I'd love a quiafe, but only because I'm under the impression they're the best. I have no sound technical basis for that though. All I know is that my car would really benefit from an LSD of sorts.

Steve your idea is interesting... very interesting

And to add the last piece of the puzzle, even though they're a complete pain in the rear to deal with, Bildon have the VW Racing diffs if you're real serious.

The wavetrac is a nice looking bit of kit, pity you can't see it when it's installed.

    Here's mine.

    and the Peloquin

Don't forget to factor in the cost of the bolts in your buying decision.

The peloquins come with them (and bearings too!). The quaifes and wavetracs you'll need to source the ARP bolts which add about another US$100 to the price.

    Arousing!!

I'll be interested to see how you go with both installed! All the units are roughly the same cost which has me wondering which (if any) is the better kind? At least Quaife are an ISO9001 company. Although that said, I work for an ISO9001 company and boy do I see some dumb ****

Not the most reliable source of information but there was a thread on the Wavetrac fitted to a VR6. Seems like all that have one in they're VR6 love them: http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=4396639
