has any one up grade there exhaust on tdi does it help to go better and what was the cost
Depends on the TDI, but the common theme is bigger is better to help turbo flow, and I've been told the Mk4 / 5 at least are "reasonable" without any muffs at all! Personally I still aim to have at least a resonator in my Mk5. A 2 litre or so would be hard pressed to out flow a decent mandrel bent 2.5 to 3" pipe, but I noticed the stock pipe on my Mk5 is both quite large at 2.5", and mandrel bent. Noice!
It's the old turbo golden rules. Inlet, Exhaust, Intercooling then PSI.
