Thumbs up Recode e.c.u. Tune results

A couple of weeks ago I had my Mark VI stock standard G.T.I. tuned by Mark (Parso) at Recode in Miranda. Whilst I am not familiar with results obtained by other tuners, I am extremely impressed with the end result. I have just returned from a trip to Queensland and the car performed beyond expectations in all areas and was extremely strong in acceleration at low and high speeds. I deliberated for a long time over whether to get a tune and which tuner to use. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Mark and the results he achieved. Apart from being a nice guy he is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to electronics and tuning and goes out of his way to achieve a great result. I have had no previous dealings with Mark and have no hesitation recommending him to anyone considering an E.C.U. Tune. Great job Mark. Many Thanks, John.

Good to hear - although there is no shortage of happy customers from Recode on here and other forums. He has a good reputation for his tuning, who's results speak for themselves with some big power and fast 1/4 mile times on his GTI's and R's.

He is also a valuable contributor on here and other forums, always offering advice and help if people are having issues etc.

Had i not been located 2.5hrs or so away from Recode, i would have strongly considered using him to tune my car. (infact i did strongly consider him - but the distance from me to him was the killer).

    What that man said.

Distance was a killer for me.

But, a lot of respect for Parso. High quality work and he really does gives a **** about his customers and makes sure everything is good.

Thanks for the kind words chaps. I've been neglecting the Mk6 GTI's for too long with too many S3's, R's and quite older animals taking up a bit too much time recently but now I am very slowly getting across these guys, so nothing radical or risky (yet) and there's plenty of room for more power if we feel the need. I think this one was 159~160 atw which aint too shabby anyway for a tune only. We should have a 6MT coming along soon too so it will be good to see how we go with that.
