Hey there, just on the curiousity side..how much mods and $$ to twin turbo a 2003 v6 passat? I think it would be quite interesting.

Big money to do that engine. Probably a lot more cost effective to sell the car and buy an Audi S4.

No, I was thinking of the 2.7 twin turbo mate and you would have 4wd which you probably don't have at the moment. Gavin
