POLO GTI Turbo Upgrade

Hi All,

Bought my 06 Polo Gti in early 2010 from an old lady who broke her leg and couldnt push the clutch in anymore! (win!!)

I have custom 3" turbo back exhaust w/ Hi Flow cat and the APR chip with turbosmart BOV.

Im joining to get some advice on a number of upgrades im going to do over the next 5 weeks!

Firstly:
1. Ko4 upgrade
2. FMIC - Probably forge for the $$ install myself
3. New turbo inlet pipe

The hardest thing is finding people in sydney who stock this kind of stuff.
$1350 for the KO4 + related parts (Mate will install it) from GCG Turbos
$1100 (roughly) for the FMIC from Forge Retailer.

Anyone got any experience with the T28RS upgrade instead of the Ko4????
Where do I source these kinds parts from in sydney area?? i.e. Turbo Inlet pipes etc

Buy from Forge direct... You won't find it cheaper anywhere in Australia (well, at least what I have found...). Forge Motorsport | Alloy Fabrication

Just called UK, he reckons if there isnt one FMIC that wasnt sold at some recent car show, there is a 5 week wait! WTF!

Anyway, once he replies, the shopping trolley will have:
1. FMIC
2. TIP
3. Cooler to throttle body hose.

May as well make the most of the brutal $244 postage.

Ko4.......Is it worth it?? Im kind of after the best turbo that will sit you back in your seat well and good.
And of course, I like to hear the hiss of it spooling.....
