Just got back in the country - Project Polo has been undergoing some major chassis work & brake pre fitment. Engine work has been scheduled back in for the next 14 days, then exhaust R&D after we have stage 1 sorted. I should start a build thread.

Hopefully have some more undercar stuff in the next few days, my Cayman is just finishing a clutch rebuild, then the Polo is up in the air.

Oooh, getting close to spending money on something I don't need What kind of Chassis tweaks you working on Guy? Can you confirm the front strut, lower control arm setup is the same as the Mk4 golf or did they cahnge it at the last polo?

I can confirm that, although it looks similar, none of the control arm / subframe / ball joint / strut assembly / sway bar is the same as MK4. The top mounts look similar, but we have not tested them yet.....

Ok cool, didnt really want to replace strut mounts every 10,000kms like the Mk4 Golf!
