Need help with part selections of a Diverter Valve and a PCV.
Factory Diverter Valve may fail where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade. So need to choice a different DV to improved reliability.
The options for OEM Upgraded Piston Diverter Valve I find are
Forge Motorsport Replacement Valve for 2.0litre FSiT TFSi Engines
Forge Motorsport | Alloy Fabrication
AWE Tuning Diverter Valve - 2.0T - Mk5 G/J (06 - 09) - VW - PRODUCTS
Next part is the PCV or with Oil Catch Can too.
BSH Speedshop
BSH - FSI PCV Revamp - BSH Speedshop
BSH - VW FSI Street Catch Can - BSH Speedshop
42draftdesigns.com
Mk5 FSI Stealth Oil Catch Can Solution
Mk5 FSI Ultimate Oil Catch Can Solution
Or other parts recommend are appreciated.
Thanks

Ok, I will go with OEM Diverter Valve Upgrade

I've been looking at a pcv fix for my car as well.
Seems like the BSH and 42DD ones are for the american engine bay layout only.
We seem to have a 'carbon/charcoal filter' around where the washer bottle is.
The only way that people have been able to make those fit is to relocate the charcoal filter.
Otherwise the only kit I've come across for european (aussie) engine bays is one made by Forge:
Volkswagen Golf V 2.0T > Engine > Emission > ES#1892725 Oil Catch Tank System - FMMK5CTC
MkV Jetta
2.0T FSI
That is pricey.
2 bottle?
What is this?

That picture is the actual carbon/charcoal filter what we've got in the engine bay.
I've no idea what the 2nd bottle is for or how the setup looks like and yes it is quite pricey.
I'm still looking into it.
