Can anyone tell me if you have the APR Stage 1 tune fitted (with the dual maps option so that you can also keep the factory map), does the APR map also become effective/selectable when you are in "D" or does it just apply when in "S" ?
If effective in both, do the maps in D & S maintain the different shift points that exist with the factory maps ?
Another way of putting it - do you notice the APR effectiveness when in D and S or just in S ?
you will notice it in both D and S modes. The shift points remain unchanged. D is set for fuel consumption mode and S shifts closer to red line.
My suggestion is to select the APR map and leave it. I had mine done about 2 years ago and have never changed it back to the factory settings.
