Not Happy!

Booked in earlier this week to an APR authorised dealer to get a stage 1 tune and Carbonio CAI. I confirmed engine and car details and drove the 60km this morning to get it done only to be told that they sold the last CAI yesterday but they could still do the stage 1 tune and I could go back another time to get the CAI! Um, no thanks, and thanks for wasting my time! I immediately rang Muller and Muller and they did the tune an hour later and ordered me a CAI that will still be discounted and he will fit when it arrives after XMAS. I couldn't be happier and will be back! As for the tune, smooth through the gears and an absolute beast in Sport mode. Wheel spin in 2nd gear - hell yeah!

Mate, if I should post every time when a customer ordered a piece of gear and didn't come to pick it up, many here would be sick of me.
So, I don't blame them that they sold your CAI.
