Mods to my GTI mk6 any recommendation?

this year is my project to do mods to my beloved car, i think she needs abit of grunt. so here are the list and i was wondering whether you guys can suggest any recommendation. things i am looking for :

Stiffer suspension & springs
Exhaust System
intercooler
Mapping the ECU
Cold Air Intake

if you guys can recommend me what you all use and are good that would be appreciated.
