so is that a new rear skirt you fitted?

Hi, I'm back. Yep, that is the 4motion rear lower section. Genuine part. You need to trim a very small sectionof the body to fit it. Nothing major and takes about 5 minutes:)

Yes they are genuine. From the 4 Motion and possibly the R32.

You can get 600hp + from the 1.8t. Just depends on how much you want to spend. Under about 7-8 grand your looking at 300-350hp with a larger k04 or a garrett turbo. Its realy not cheap. But spending 1/2 of the car's value on engine work is a bit silly in my opinion, but anything can be done with enough money. :?

That exhaust is looking good, grab your camera put it under your car and post it on you tube i'm sure we'd all like to hear it's marvellous sound! :)

The R32 is a lot different. For a start, it has 2 exhaust outlets. The 4 motion panel is easily obtainable from a VW dealer. I think the cost was around $170?? Its a while ago now so I cant really remember. If you need I can look up the part number and what it cost.
