MAF grille removal - How to?

    Hey, guys!

Everybody always goes on about how they've removed their MAF grille... But I can't find any details on how to do it.
I can't see any clips or anything. Almost got the fine-toothed saw and started hacking away but throught better of it.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Cheers,
    -Myst.

Are you sure you want to remove it? Whats the reason? The grill is actually there to "straighten" the air before the MAF which helps the engine run better.

Removing it may have a negative affect.

It has a negative effect when you have the stock intake but i believe he has a Carbonio which is a straight air intake hence no need for the maf.

But i could be wrong im just going off what i read.

    Yup!
    Sexy sexy Carbonio.

Mainly want to remove it for the noise. If the removal is non-destructive then all the better - I have a Bluetooth OBD scanner and Torque Pro on an Android tablet (see sig) so can monitor the MAF flow. If its altered too much I'll just put the grille back and warn everybody.
