    So starting from tomorrow I should have some photos etc. of my new pistons and the rebuild process of my engine. Yes it has been about 7 weeks since it happened and I miss my car like crazy.

    Just wanted to know if you guys are happy for me to post here or if you would prefer me to start a new thread. It is technically tuning (forged piston conversion - not by choice)

    That deserves its own thread for sure. If you post it here it will eventually get lost on page 42 of 200 and something. Maybe make a new thread and put the link in here...?

    Just came across this thread about a Seat Ibiza 1.4 Twincharger Stage 3 project.

    SEAT Ibiza FR 1.4 TSI Stage 3 K04 383HP - 480NM - SEAT Cupra.net - SEAT Forum

    This guy went straight past the K03 hybrid, K04 and went and bolted on a K04 hybrid...

    Nice one. Although part of me wonders why he didn't just supercharge a faster car.

    The idea of making a giant killer out of a humble 1.4 engine is pretty delicious if you have money to burn. I'd love to see him get that thing to 403hp and crack 300kW.
