    I think the rattle thing can only be that it wasn't adjusted properly when it was installed. You have to take up the slack so to speak and allow a touch for expansion.

    Nah Mark. I've not looked into the aftermarket actuators for the R. It was just making a quip in relation to the hundreds of pages of threads on this forum about the "other" actuator rod topic... the rattle under acceleration in the EA888 engine.

    phew I was thinking that I was about to see a bunch of guys complaining about weird noises . All the mark 6's need is a decent exhaust and the noise is cured or at least masked
