Just to let the OP know, I am running APR stage 2 as per my signature. No DSG issues at all.

Guy, yes I am Andrew's customer (DNA performance) but I don't want to mix the tune/DSG issue with my APR dealer... DNA performance have been great, top service and highly recommended.
My last contact from DNA was Tuesday last week... I don't want to get stuck in trivial stuff, but no phone or email contact has occurred since then.... Unless you count the email I've coincidently received today?
DNA performance have asked (today) to run a diagnostic over the transmission and see what is uncovered.
Thanks to the wider forum and feedback, I'll keep everyone updated on progress

Sorry to re-hash this tread 18months after it has stopped, but i'm behind the times.
I am having the issue of hitting the rev limiter during gear changes from time to time as well, having just upgraded to an APR 2+ on my GolfR.
Anyway, this false neutral problem??? I have noticed that using launch control (only about 4 times) that on 2 of them, I could feel the gearbox load up (the revs going up slowly to around 3500rpm) then launched. The other couple of times there was no sensation of load and revs rose quickly to around 4000rpm (like it was in neutral) then launched but not with as much pick up.
Is this a false neutral issues???
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Warren
