    My bad. Still good for a MK6. My Mk6 GTI makes 161.6kw (just looked up my dyno graph from last year) and that's stage 2 tune from DNA Tuning, Eurojet 3" downpipe and Unitronic intake. See graph below.

    Anywhere between 160-165kw at the wheels for a Mk5/Mk6 GTI is about all you will get with the stock turbo. When i took my car to the dyno, the dyno operator asked me what i thought the car would make - and i said between 160-165kw providing everything is healthy because i knew this was a realistic figure.

    Looking at your stage 1 vs stage 2, it appears you have picked up about 5-10kw through the mid-range along with some more torque. Your torque now peaks higher, but then drops off more than before which is why perhaps the car "feels" a little slower.

    I just printed out both of your power runs, and did my best to overlay the results for you. Unfortunately a different scale was used on each graph, so ive done my best.

    You can see you have lost 5-10kw down low (say below 2,500rpm), but then you have gained 5-10kw from about 3,000rpm - 5,500rpm. Above 5,500rpm there's no difference between stage 1 and stage 2 because the turbo is maxed out.

    You have gained a decent chunk of torque from around 2,200rpm right through the rest of the rpm range.

    Perfect Lucas, just what I wanted to get across. Not sure it should lose any at the bottom end but on the whole the car seems to be right in the ball park.

    Peak numbers don't tell the whole story is today's lesson I think.

    I just went to an APR dealer, and we discussed my tune.
    I can't really understand what he said, but sure he said that my tuner cannot give me stage 2 tune.
    The tune I got from HPF, actually made my car shift not smoothly than stock, and had delay on 2-4 gear @2-3k rpm after he tested drive. That I was worried about that is a problem with my gearbox for months.
    Then I got a really good deal with him, and I got ecu updated straight to stage 2.
    Now the car is smooth af!
    I'm going to do a dyno run next week and upload the graph.
    Thank you guys. I should have went to the better one before.
