Dogbone mount

Hi everyone, I was wondering what the general consensus on the Dogbone mount inserts for my mk6 GTI?? Does it make a difference?
Does anyone know anywhere in Oz that sells them?

I don't think there is an Oz dealer stocking them

Generally, if you get a firm dog bone insert you'll get nasty cabin reverberations in reverse (can also happen FWD in stop start rush hour traffic).

I'm using a HPA Motorsports red mount - which is the softest version - and even then I modified it to further soften it and eliminate nasty reverberations.
