It is up to u at the end of the day. As mentioned earlier, the bulk of the power is from the down pipe and high flow cat and the rest of the system only gives around 3-4 kw/wheels.
The sound is still changed a fair bit from just the down pipe and cat. And you are paying for a company that has carryed out a **** load of r & d on their products and a fit and finish that is up right up there.
It is a bit of coin though

Lol adzy - I've just seen this topic for the first time. I can't believe you had your roof racks on whilst drag racing.... that must've been especially insulting to the HSV GTS
I had the Stage 2 on my MKV GTI, except I didn't have the intake upgrade. To me I think that the benefits are more than the "peak increases in kW" would suggest. I'm so convinced, I can't wait to do it on my Golf R when it arrives... I'm still waiting for Guy_H to share details of this new exhaust they're developing... although I wish the USA would hurry up and get a Golf R because I'd really love an RSC Golf R exhaust.

    Lol alright!
I was going to take them off but wanted to go for a bike ride that afternoon so left them on, was good for a giggle to.
Yeah for sure, the peak RPM on the dyno graphs is not the most impressive part of the power/torque increase. The super fat mid range is why I chose the APR tune which is where you need the surge of oomph any way.
It is a bit of a shame that the US have to wait as it leaves the R boys itching for some developed gear, guess you can check his out then way it all up.

Just saw your video Adzy - though the roof racks are a classic touch I just wonder how much quicker you'd go without them?

Yeah I think it would be a pretty insignificant vantage as they are pretty light and the wind would swoop over the majority of them i believe, maybe it would effect hundredths but not tenths.
If I get a Twintercooler and fuel pump I will run her again hmmm and maybe throw the bike on top as well

The bike would be a classic touch - almost like, I was heading off for a ride and just thought I'd stop in and run a quarter mile ...
