2l 8v supercharge

Hi there
i have just completed the installation of a 2L 8V (ADY) engine into my Caddy
-i have a stand alone fuel management (gotech)
-276 cam
at the moment i am getting 105kw at the wheels

i want to supercharge this setup with an Aisin sc12 supercharger (125mm pulley)out of a Toyota 4AGZE engine, can anyone assist with the following
-max rpm of supercharger
-max boost
-would i need an intercooler
-what size pulley would i need to get 10psi boost

any other info would be much appreciated

hte supercharger has capacity of 1.2L per revolution. you can work out the pulley size from that given your own engine displacement and the pressure ratio you want (10/14.7 psi). i believe the SC-12 is considered OK up to about 12psi. max rpm for the SC-12 apparrently about 9000... dont quote me
