Search the 16v threads on ClubGTI or a selective few on Vortex - far more knowledge and experience there than any of us here (if you wade through the junk)

You're very limited with cam choice on stock ABF management, though.

I think hes got a kr on kjet valver but yes clubgti has alot of good info!

I searched extensively for the right set of cams for my turbo 16v and the valuable info and brands has allready been mentioned by VanKronenberg but one brand that makes some rather serious "hollow cams" in various grinds designed for serious engine builder is Cat Cams. They arn't cheap but if you are going to fit titanium retainers, light weight lifters etc you may want to save 200 grams in the weight off your cams aswell....
