If it is on a ship (or here in Oz) you should be able to track it's shipping status by putting your VIN in the Cargo Id field of this WWL site:

If they can't/won't give you a VIN then either they are lying to you about it being built and on a boat, or they are incompetent.

I can vouch for Nathan he was great. But VWA poor delivery is the issue for all.

@Mr T. What! March! My goodness at this rate the 2019 model will be released before we get them! I don't know what they're doing with them damn sunroofs.
