Actually the only reason I'd look at the Wolfsburg is the rims... if they didn't paint them black

I know the marketing guys were trying to distinguish these ones from the "standard" R, however give me silver 19" Pretorias, standard mirror caps and roof rails and de-carbonise the seats and it'd be a lot nicer.
So you'd prefer a Wolfsburg without any of the parts which make it a Wolfsburg. I've got just the car for you. It's called a standard R with silver Pretorias

Haha good call. Personally I love the black rims. Especially on a white car. I'm considering getting mine painted black, although the machined finish with black inserts still looks nice

Hey if VWA had given an option for silver Pretorias with the same mark up the Euros get then they'd be the best OEM choice by a ridiculous margin.

The detail is too lost otherwise - although on the white Wolfsburgs I'll admit it works ok.

Yeah they look good in silver too. I just like black wheels (even well before they became trendy). I remember painting the wheels black on my Silvia in about 2004 and most people hated them. Now everyone is doing it. That was when big ugly chrome wheels were popular

Yeah, the black ones are good but the 2-tone stock ones look awesome on my white car.

    Some wheels work, others don't.

    Matt black Cadiz aren't bad.

Chrome should be reserved for pumped up black SUVs or Limos chasing the gangster look.

Since I live in SWEDEN my VW dealer can not see VW part #'s on parts that are specificly for Australia

I'm looking for the part # of the WOLFSBURG badge on the rear end of the VW Golf R Wolfsburg Edition
