    booked mine tomorrow @ CarX in Clayton, VIC, friend recommended.
    $220 was quoted, Johnson and Suntek films available.

    haha, can you be bothered to drive to Melb to do the tint? XD
    the job was really well done, i actually saw them doing it in the workshop, they did it very carefully.
    the boss was very nice too, i will visit him again if i have another car to tint.
    i will post photos later this week!

    no probably not. but i travel to melbourne every couple of months so I might consider. will see.

    so it didn't take long for the job to be done?

    about 2 hours, make sure you book for appointment at least 3-5 days before you go. boss said its summer and getting busier.

    GZ, how did the tint go?

    I'm in the market for tint and the $690 price from barloword seems too high.

    I'm in Cheltenham so clayton is pretty close.

    Tint-A-Car for me.

    Last car I owned from new for 12 years, tint was done one week into ownership never a problem, colour still as good as day one, no bubbles. In window antenna too.

    Car before which then became FIL and now going on 20 years old also Tint-A-Car. Same deal as above save for the antenna.

    No prizes for guessing who I went back to this time.
