You should be able to get a PDS. Product Disclosure Statement from the provider. I wouldn't trust any internet over something official from the provider.

Yep, this is the only thing I'd trust.
Reality is you're unlikely to get anything further than *zero mods allowed* or something that amounts to the same.
Just like the factory warranty it's always a hard one to advise. Sure if you change the wheels and the power windows stop working it shouldn't be an issue, but if some steering component goes they could always (try) pointing at the non standard wheels and say they added undue stress to the system causing the problem because they were a different size/weight then it's up to you to argue/prove otherwise. While many people have said it's up to the dealer to prove, the reality is they can simply deny the claim and make it your problem.
Some dealers/suppliers will be better than others and be pretty reasonable when approaching these things, but the best option would be to have any exclusions confirmed in writing... which I doubt any of them will actually do.

It's an interesting one and one I feel will change over time. For example Apple would deny warranty claims on iPhones with a non-genuine screen repair. They got taken to task by the ACCC and now they have to honor warranty regardless if a 3rd party screen repair was installed. So this could provide for some interesting discussions with a dealer down the track when something breaks and they're trying to escape their statutory obligations to provide a repair.
