Nuje: Hi - Allow me to add to agentthumb's excellent response, please.
At a fundamental level, the standard wiring for the two rear fog lights on a mk7 will be problematic to achieve your (interesting) lighting effect. The perhaps not surprising feature about Leuchte programming is that whilst it's possible to allocate up to 8 x different functions to an individual lamp, the instructions from a Leuchte-set are sent to a single pin on the BCM (what VW calls "J519", or the module @ address hex09 on the VCDS autoscan)
As I explain in my Leuchte programming paper, the naming protocol that VW uses for their Leuchte channels identifies which pin on the BCM that will be affected by the setting value. For example, for (4)-Leuchte26NSL LA72-Lichtfunktion A 26, which is one of the channels for the rear fog light(s) - the A72 means that this channel value is allocated to PIN #72 of Socket A on the BCM
So, here's the fundamental problem with your suggestion (and I don't intend any mockery) - the standard wiring arrangement for the rear fogs is as follows:
Notice that the two rear fog lights are wired in parallel, which means that they share the same PIN on the BCM - which means that there is only one Leuchte-set for both lamps - which means that it's not possible to turn on/off just one lamp at any instance (i.e to make just the left fog light blink - without also making the right side fog light blink)
Alas
Don
PS: Of course, if you were sufficiently motivated, you could re-wire one of the fogs to a spare "Leuchte PIN" on the BCM (there are a small number of unused Leuchte-sets in the BCM) , but then you would need to consider the matters in Agenttumb's response

Hallo.
I'm new on forum so please excuse me if I make some kind of mistakes writing my message.
I have a question. How to switch on the control light on instrument cluster for rear fog light?
I'm asking because: I bought 2015 GTI from US. I live in Europe and here I need to have rear fog light and amber turn signals.
My car was equiped in rear lights (NON LED) without amber turn signal and fog light bulbs.
I've allready changed tail lights on EUROPEAN type lights ( NON LED) and also lights switch. Using information from this post and from DV52 member my friend helped me to make coding with VCDS. Everything works exept when I turn on rear fog light there is no control light on instument cluster confirming that fact. Sorry for my English.
To answer agentthumb's question: NAR cars actually have ZERO rear fog lights; however, there is a "dummy" section inboard to the inner rear light housing on both sides. We also have a vacant socket on the bulb-holder assembly - so, it's just a matter of cutting out the little plastic piece covering up where our rear fog bulb would go, doing the wiring and coding and - boom: rear fog light.
The fact that there is only one circuit/wire/pin from the BCM that controls the rear fog, though, means that (as both you and DV52 have adroitly pointed out) my quest is a non-starter.
Thanks for the info (and minimal mockery )

Don't apologise about your English - it's very good and it's far better than my Polish!!
So, in respect of your question, I'm a bit confused about your description of events. If your "friend helped [you] to make coding with VCDS", then presumedly your friend selected Byte 7 then enabled Bit 4 “Light Switch with Rear Fog Light(s) installed” on the code string for the BCM - see below
If this changed was made, it should have enabled the rear-fog light symbol in the instrument panel when the rotart light switch is pulled out twice - as below
was this step done?

Hallo.
Thanks for fast reply on my issue.
I'm sure he did not changed that in code string.
My friend is on hollidays till end of the week.
We will change it as soon as he'll be back from hollidays.
One more question - is it possible to change it with obd11?
I'm asking because I've orderd obd11 pro to learn some more.
I read Your posts about beging with vcds and obd11 - and I decided to buy obd11 as beginer.
Thank You verry much for Your answer.
With regards Piotr.
P.S.
Verry good polish "Witamy na forum"
Piotr W: All (most?) programming changes that can be made to the control modules in VAG vehicles via VCDS can also be changed with OBD11 and this tweak is no exception - see below. Note the yellow English descriptors in my picture are NOT on the OBD11 screen - they are my additions!

Hallo again.
Thank You verry much for another acurate answer.
Again I'm impressed of Your knowlege.
Respect.
That means I can do it myself but I'm still waiting for OBD11.
Maybe it will arrive monday. I hope so.
I have another question if You don't mind.
How to change that my radio go's OFF when I turn the key in ignition to "0" position.
I want to change it so it goe's off when I take the key out from ignition ( it works like that in my other car - MK5 with RNS510) .
Is it possible to change the way it works at that moment. Or maybe my ignition isn't working properly? But my car has milege only 15k km.
With regards Piotr
hi all!
i´m trying to fix a little strange behaviour with rear lights included license plate light but not 3rd light, when switch off the engine the rear lights stays on until open the door. only happens in light switch AUTO. im checking with different codings comparing and nothing helps.
anyone think what happen?
