Plug (no coding) licensed plate lights

Hi

I'm pretty much happy with my mk7.5 golf - it's all stock except I feel that the cheapo license plate lights on the rear doesn't suit the car.

I mean all the interior lights are led; even the headlights.

Is there anywhere I can buy plug and play LED rear license plate light?

I've googled a couple but reluctant to randomly buy ones that no one's tried. Could anyone tell me which ones they've brought? And if they've worked without coding.

I ordered some SMD LEDs from eBay for my FG Falcon years ago. When I sold it I had spare. I just put them in my Mk7.5 and it's working fine, no errors. Used a Jaycar festoon LED for the hatch light.

The ones I ordered are no longer listed, but they were the same style as this.
