A tad overdue as a result of my absence, but the GTI First Decade from the 'apprentices' at VW for Worthersee featured special MBDesign KX1 with custom 'Ocean Satin Shimmer' centre hubs:

    That’s horrible.

    More OZ

The Ultra ST looks good, haven’t seen them before - are they new?

Not flash but I find a lot of show wheels aren't - they look marginally better in 'stock' finish, black silver or gold.

The OZs were just me writing short hand, ST = Superturismo, effectively they have a flat finish through the the hub, albeit with some concavity; whereas the LM has the hub sunk in. I prefer the ST LM, but I must admit a few of the ST cars have worked quite well.

Apologies - I should have checked what you were referring to.

Normal ULs, the ST should not be there, I was obviously not paying much attention to what I was typing.

    I don't admire the Cadiz wheels on my near-new Mk7 R.
These look slightly nicer, but I'm concerned about unknown brand and quality.

Also the ET offset is not specified.
TIA's for any thoughts or backfeed.

    Don’t buy random reps. They’re probably ****e.

Get VMR or GTC or Miro or something that’s an actual brand... or some OEM Audi or VW wheels The Official Mk7 Wheel Thread

EDIT: or Rotiform, not sure how I forgot that one!

^ What shauno said, steer well clear of no name reps.

I've never been a big fan of the Cadiz but time has tempered my feelings towards them. Regardless as an OEM wheel they're built strong, and I don't understand why people would fit substandard wheels or tyres (lol @ the thread in the tyre section) on an R.

Unfortunately in Australia we don't have many second hand OEM sets coming up for sale so you may need to go the reputable rep route or hang tight until a set of something you like comes up.
