Agree on the Rotary comment though - I know it works well on red, albeit a Mk6 with OZs:

Ever wondered what would happen if you mixed a slammed Mk7 riding on sweet OZs with a Mk6 style (but not copy) front bar finished in 1984 XF Ford Falcon beige and moonlighted as a taxi?

I had never wondered, but sadly now I will never need to wonder again. Argh!

Same car, new wheels. The XXRs are another Japanese brand popular on, not surprisingly, Japanese cars. They're available locally from discount tyre shops - just watch who you deal with as there are a few shonks out there.

After all these 19" and even 20" wheels in previous posts, 17s just don't cut it anymore. They look so small in the wheelarches!

Ha, so very true - 18s are still my preference personally (looks, performance and comfort) although I'd stretch to 19s for a bit more show in the right design, but I enjoy perving on some of these show/stance cars running the 20s.

However my intention with the thread was to always showcase wheels for all people, so some will still be looking at 17s for comfort/price. I guess it also still shows off the design reasonably well as a style guide if someone found a similar design in a larger size.
