I think he is refering to the picture after your post on page 50 where he edited the wheels on to a blue mk7 R.

Can't say the bodykit is working at all, but this shows off the alternate finish on the BBS SRs I discussed previously - a diamond cut finish in line with the usual VW OEM style.

Agreed with the bodykit. Reminds me of the 4th gen Subaru liberty after the mid-life update. A very pretty car but fake vents in the bumper just make no sense to me.

Very pretty wheels in the exact specs and finish I want!

Haha spot on - I remember an ex work colleague drove one pre-update and a post-update Liberty was next to him in the car park and we both made the same comment as you did. This kit almost looks inspired by the Liberty in that rear plastic vent.

The SR definitely looks smarter in the diamond cut finish, the satin grey looks a little cheap. You're in luck though - these are pretty much the cheapest in the BBS range.

From the cheap end to the premium end of the BBS range, the three piece E88s are fairly rare and go for upwards of $6k second hand on the US forums, predominantly for BMWs and Porsches.

Yeah as Dutch said the SR's certainly maintain a OEM look. I was considering these, but decided against showcasing my huge TSI brakes

When I was researching my wheels I couldn't find any of the diamond cut finish, only the satin grey, but I got a sharp quote on them all the same before sticking with my OZs. They are supposedly super strong, but there is a bit of a weight penalty to them.
