Wow you managed to fit a 255 wide tyre on? How does it look from a side profile? I had the same wheels in a dark charcoal colour on my white Mk7 GTI with 235/35/19 and they looked amazing (in my humble opinion).Quote:

they fit under the guards but the front scrape a little on big bumps unless i have the suspension in race mode, probably try for lower profile when the tyres need replacing.
Yes they are chunky. Looks like you need some low dust ceramic brake pads to help keep those wheels looking clean. I had the ATE Ceramic pads on my GTI and they good, but I now have the Brembo ceramic pads on my new car and they are honestly just as good and cost about 1/2 the price of the ATE's.
