    Incidentally if rolling your fenders isn't enough, and the widening kit doesn't cut it, you can always kick it up a notch:

    I'm guessing they rolled the guards and split it so the said bugger it lets just cut up the front guard and do it properly.

    Front guards on mk7's are plastic

    Definitely looks like the ones above are metal 1/4 panels. You wouldn't be able to roll them otherwise - not to mention cutting and spot welding

    The front bumper is obviously plastic same as the rear bumper.

    My bad, i just went out and double checked mine and they are metal. I for some reason thought they were the same as bmw
